The University of Cincinnati’s Concrete Canoe Team is unlike any other student organization on campus. These students begin preparing nearly 12 months in advance for the American Society of Civil Engineers National Concrete Canoe Competition. The competition provides students with a practical application of the engineering principles they learn in the classroom, while teaching team and project management skills. The University of Cincinnati will be competing in the national competition June 13th.
